Return Policy:
All products returning to Microtech Cyber Service will
be be inspected and tested for the specified problem before it would be
replaced or shipped to supplier/manufacturer for replacement. If you
choose to have a refund then the item may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Not all products are refundable.
Refunds can only be given within 14 days starting from the invoice date
on approval.
Product will be denied for return/exchange if:
1. Damaged or Tampered (Includes packaging i.e. labels, codes etc. )
2. Items missing from the product. (cables, manual, drivers, software
etc.)
3. Special Order Items (ie. Notebook Computers, LCD etc., items not generally
carried in Microtech.)
4. Clearance Items
5. No Invoice
Products/Systems will be denied/cover by warranty if:
1. Damaged physically
or damaged under abnormal operating conditions as a result of misuse, mishandling or improper installation on the Buyer's/User's part.
2. Software problems, i.e. operating system
errors, viruses/spywares related issue etc.
3. No Invoice
Software/Consumable Products
The following products are not returnable:
1. Software
2. Ink Cartridge and Laser Toners
3. Blank Medias (ie. dvdr, cdr, floppy etc.)
4. CPU Thermal Compound
Replacement Period:
All products returning to Microtech Cyber Service for warranty
is subjected to a waiting period. No products will be
exchanged at the time of present.
Products warranty that are cover by
manufacturer, our staff at Microtech Cyber Service will gladly assist
you on information on how to warranty those products.
Any
shipping charges to and from Microtech Cyber Service is covered and paid
for by the purchaser. When a RMA item is ready for pickup, Microtech
Cyber Service will contact you. Microtech Cyber Service will only use
Canada Post or Purolator to ship out the item(s). Third party couriers
will not be authorized for the pickup even if it is pre-paid on your
end.
For LCD Displays, please check with manufacturer website for the minimum
number of pixels that is acceptable for return |
